310 Stainless can be an austenitic metal. 310 combines great weldability and ductility with wonderful high temperature properties. Containing a great high content of Nickel and Chromium 310 has good corrode resistance, excellent resistance from oxidation process and strength around 2100° F. The larger Chromium and Dime get this to an exceptional stainless- steel when comparing to 304 or maybe 309. Alloy 310( UNS S31000) is definitely an austenitic stainless metal developed use with large temperature anti- corrosive applications. The metal resists oxidation around 2010oF( 1100oC) under mildly cyclic circumstances.
